Winter Wellness Wishes

The flu is hitting hard this season, and with the fluctuating temperatures it’s a battle to stay healthy. Let’s give the teachers a fighting chance to stay well with some immunity-boosting goodies!

Please consider tacking a few items on to your regular grocery shopping and signing up via nList to bring in a fruit or vegetable from the list. All are rich in Vitamin C for the power boost they need.

As we are asking for fresh fruits and veggies, some of which need refrigeration, it’s best if the donations are dropped off on the same day we plan to use them. Please plan to drop off on the morning of Wednesday January 24th. We will set up the staff lounge around 10am that morning.
